Many long-distance runners experience a phenomenon also known as a 'second wind'. A runner may be completely exhausted and unable to continue when they suddenly feel a new surge of energy that allows them to finish the race.
许多长跑运动员会体验到一种被称为 “a second wind 第二春”的现象。运动员可能已经处于筋疲力尽无法继续的状态，但突然间感觉到新一波动力的冲击从而完成比赛。
